Spanish with Dance- (performing arts) Dancing is a great opportunity for your little ones to get active and develop physical co-ordination skills, strength and concentration. It's fun and can become a much-loved hobby your child could carry on enjoying well into adulthood as having fun or even as a career. The children will work towards preparing a small performance to be presented to parents/carers in the summer term.

Spanish with Drama-(performing arts)Develops vital skills in voice and movement, public speaking, collaboration, devising, writing, directing and peer mentoring. Emotion is the door of learning. We will explore characters in a range of situations. Eg. Through role-play. The children will work towards preparing a small performance in Spanish to be presented to parents/carers in the summer term.

Spanish with Sports and Athletics- Sports are great for children to learn fundamental life skills, like teamwork, goal-setting and hard work.  Collaborating with others towards a common goal through sports exhibit traits like cooperation and persistence, which provides the foundation for them to become successful in their careers and family lives when they reach adulthood.Eg. Outdoor and Indoor activities: running, jumping.

Spanish with Green Planet Crafts – Creative and eco-friendly activity were kids will found inspiration and ideas to realize wonderful projects from recycling. Kids using their imagination at glance at the same time introducing topics about our planet, basic geography, peoples and customs from around the world.  Eg. Boxes turning into cars, tins becoming drums, scrap pieces of wood sculptures and much more.

Spanish with Play role and Film-For children, role play is essentially learning through play. It is a fun and a ‘playful’ activity but is also a key component of a child's learning. Is simply a type of pretend play where children get into character and act out a role or real life context. Role play is an active, social activity and children use role play to reflect on and develop their knowledge of a topic. Great opportunity to extend their vocabulary in Spanish and have fun.

Film, as a motivator, also makes the language learning process more entertaining and enjoyable, provides authentic and varied language and provides a source of authentic and varied language. The ‘visuality’ of film makes it an invaluable language teaching tool, enabling learners to understand more by interpreting the language in a full visual context. These visual clues support the verbal message and provide a focus of attention.

Spanish with Science Opportunity to reconnect children with the natural world and create a future generation that values and preserves natureis a great topic for exploring the natural sciences in Spanish. Eg. Planting our own vegetables/herbs/ flowers watching them grow, food chain cooking healthy snacks, learning about mammals, birds, insects by observing, painting, playing and lots more.

Spanish with CreativeBuilding -A construction based challenge can be an excellent project for encouraging children to think creatively, to solve problems and to express their own ideas using a range of practical materials. This activity will help to build new vocabulary in Spanish and development of a range of important study, work and life skills, including; Problem solving, Creative thinking

Perseverance, motivation and the ability to overcome disappointment, Evaluation, editing and revision, Analytical thinking among others. Eg. Paper structures, Lego, building with straws, big range of materials to activate their imagination and creativity.

Spanish with Art-An amazing way to learn about real artists and their work by creating our own pieces of art inspired by them and the world around us. Children will apply and learn different Art techniques. Eg. Vincent Van Gogh using seeds, creating a puzzle with Picasso, paint, draw using all kinds of materials.

Spanish with Stitching and crafts. Knitting, Crocheting and Sewing are tremendously important skills for children of both genders to acquire. Knitting and crocheting have once again become important and influential crafts over the past few years are full blown sensory experiences and children learn about texture, color, pattern and design simultaneously. These crafts have furthermore evolved as powerful expressions of art.

Spanish with Fun Designs.Create your own game. Building toys have significant cognitive and academic benefits for children of all ages. Not only are they fun and exciting, but they help kids develop a wide variety of skills and abilities. Sometimes children get the most satisfaction from a game which they have made themselves - whether it be a simple board game invented with their own rules, to a full scale beanbag toss game which can be used for years.! Great opportunity for children to extend their vocabulary  in Spanish.

Monday Level 1  from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm for children from 4 to 6 years old.

Thursday Level 2 from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm for children with previous Flamenco dance experience and children from 7 years old.

Flamenco is a great way for kids to exercise. It is fun and relaxed. They will develop several important skills for their growth, such as motor skills, coordination, mental sharpness, physical strength, emotional and personal development.

Boys and girls will discover another way of feeling and moving the body through flamenco and identify how to dance with their core energy: feminine for the girl and masculine for the boys as flamenco is all about femininity and masculinity. The dance is also another way of socialising with other children of their age group.Children who have flamenco as part of their education will acquire a vast knowledge of the Spanish culture and will expand their horizons beyond their own culture. Why is flamenco dance good for kids?

Every Friday 3.30pm -4.30pm

The lessons are fun and active—the children will be learning new vocabulary which will help them when abroad to play with others, find their way, if unwell…..

Every week, we bring games but keeping in mind the progression on the children with the language. We do board games, outdoor games, playground games, stories, art&craft, pretend play and more and this in French. We also help children to use their English and Spanish knowledge to learn.

The group is limited to 12 children and we learn different theme every ½ term to make sure any children can join.

Learning French: The earlier the better!

  • The Children can hear the pure sound of a language and therefore have a better understanding and better accent.
  • Children are not scared of speaking and making mistakes which is the key to learn a new language.

The more often the better!

  • Learning several languages and often makes speaking them becoming second nature.
  • Children memorise better and develop a better accent.
  • It helps the children become more confident to join in during classes and therefore get better results once in secondary.

The club will be running for 10 weeks each term from 3.30pm to 4.30pm

Lessons are £6/child therefore £60 for the term – 20% for 2nd sibling.
